Thought Leader Select occupies an interesting niche among an array of companies that advise pharmaceutical companies on various aspects of commercial development of new products. Our job is to identify thought leaders in healthcare and optimize teams of medical experts for various deployment areas during the product development process, including clinical research, clinical trials, and advisory boards.
True to our mission, we take our own medicine. We use the same methodology to identify needs within our own company, and we match the skills and experiences of prospective employees with those needs. We keep a keen eye out for overlapping areas of expertise, to increase our capacity to deliver quality assessments to our clients, and we also target those who possess new skill sets that will complement those of our existing team and bring new ideas to the table.
