Allison Murphy, Global Sales Consultant
An active mom of three, Allison brings passion, energy, and her own unique blend of skills and experience to the Thought Leader Select team. After completing her nursing degree at Villanova, Allison launched her career in healthcare with several years leading pediatric oncology nurses at NYU Lagone Medical Center and serving as a liaison between patients and endocrinology specialists at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.
In her 10 years at Eli Lilly, Allison marketed to endocrinology professionals in a sales role, and then pivoted to a key medical affairs position, engaging with thought leaders in diabetes. This direct industry experience left Allison with the ability to glean key insights from physicians and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams at Lilly to drive the company’s portfolios aimed at diabetes and growth disorders.
Throughout her career, Allison has waved off the notion of “spare time,” preferring instead to organize her family around mutual causes that they all enjoy—running, skiing, beach time, or working together tirelessly for multiple volunteer organizations in their suburban Boston community.
