As a small business headquartered in North Carolina, Thought Leader Select deeply values equality and inclusion for the benefit of all of our stakeholders, including our employees, clients, and communities. Our company has actively worked to cultivate an open-minded and welcoming culture among our team of talented and dynamic individuals of varied backgrounds, and as such, we do not support the new legislation in North Carolina that chooses to exclude certain groups among our free and open society.

We have all fought too hard to include everyone in our diverse country to now take a step in the wrong direction. Rather than take steps backward, we will continue to promote a workplace that’s free of discrimination and celebrates the diversity of all of our employees, both present and future.
