March 30, 2021 (WASHINGTON, NC) Thought Leader Select, a North Carolina-based global leader in thought leadership research and insights for the life sciences industry, is proud to announce a new generation of executive leadership for its TLS Research Group.
Brooke Haddock joins the company as Senior Director of Research, coming to us from Syneos Health, capping 12 years working in investigative product research and clinical trials. Haddock holds two master’s degrees, in regulatory science from San Diego State University and in cell and molecular physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In addition to her tenure at the former INC Research (now Syneos Health), Haddock led research efforts for San Diego-area biotechnology firm Biomatrica and La Jolla-based Tanabe Research Laboratories.
As she takes the reins of the TLS Research Group, Haddock will oversee research initiatives in traditional areas of thought leadership, from key opinion leader and centers of excellence identification and profiling to measuring digital influence of various healthcare stakeholders. Brooke Haddock will be based in Austin, Texas.
TLS Research Group veteran Zoe Meade has been promoted to the role of Associate Director of Research, working directly with Haddock. Serving as a research manager for the last seven years at the company, Meade has led multiple research projects ranging from KOL identification to speaker bureau optimization. Her time at Thought Leader Select has been marked by her commitments to quality and innovation, and her roles in training and coaching dozens of researchers have helped the company improve on its already stellar reputation among KOL research companies worldwide.
In her new role, Meade will join Haddock in defining a new era of excellence in research at the nearly 20-year-old firm. She will continue to be based in Ontario.
“It’s a great time to be at Thought Leader Select, and we are immensely proud of our research leadership as we near our third decade of operations,” said Chief Operating Officer and co-founder Kristen Smithwick. “Brooke Haddock has spent her career contributing her expertise to high-impact clinical research studies where the stakes couldn’t be higher, both for the companies she served and ultimately, the patients who benefitted from new treatments in development. We believe she is the next in a now long line of research leaders that have made the TLS brand synonymous with quality, versatility, responsiveness, and most of all, powered by innovation.”
“We are also happy to see Zoe Meade step into a greater role of responsibility. For many years, we have admired her exemplary performance, as she is excellence personified. Zoe’s work speaks for itself, as she has not only contributed to dozens of successful, complex, customized projects for our life sciences clients, but also cultivated an entire generation of researchers at our company with her ability to train, coach, and nurture others.”
